Return & Refund Policy – Kraftorio

All Kraftorio products are customized and made to order as per customer specifications.

Due to the personalized nature of our products, returns or refunds are not accepted once an order is confirmed and processed, except in cases mentioned below.

❌ Returns / Refunds are NOT applicable for:

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Products approved by the customer before production

  • Sale items or gift cards

✅ Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery at kraftorio@gmail.com with clear photos or videos of the issue.

After verification, we will offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not applicable for customized products, except where replacement is not feasible.

🔁 Exchange Policy

Exchanges are applicable only in cases of manufacturing defects or transit damage.
Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

All shipping costs for approved replacements will be covered by Kraftorio.

As all products are customized, we do not offer a general return, refund, or cooling-off period.
This policy complies with Google Merchant Center guidelines for customized products.
